Built from your designs

Your designs, built the way you designed them.

This is where good designs lose their quality: spacing drifts, layouts get improvised on mobile, and the CMS ends up something only a developer can use. I build what your agency designed, white-label or alongside you, and set it up so your client can run it.

Who you'll be working with.

I'm Frederico Leonardo, a senior web developer. You work directly with me. I've been turning designs into websites for 25+ years, for companies and for design agencies. I pay attention to the details designers care about, and to the ones editors will live with every day.

More about me

How I'll build it.

  1. 01

    I review the designs first.

Before quoting, I look for anything that will be expensive to build, hard to edit or fragile on real devices, and tell you early.

  2. 02

    I recommend the platform.

Craft CMS when the content is structured, multilingual or heavy. Webflow when your client's team wants visual control and the content model is simple. Something else if the project needs it.

  3. 03

    I build it as designed.

Responsive detail, motion, interactions, accessibility and performance, built from your file. Anything the file leaves out is agreed with you before it's built.

  4. 04

    I hand it over properly.

Editor training, a written handover and 30 days to correct defects after launch. The code goes to your client at handover.

See all work

I've worked with Frederico for several years on multiple projects and he's consistently one of the best developers I've collaborated with. His technical skills are exceptional, but what really sets him apart is his professionalism: meticulous, reliable, pragmatic, great communicator, and always delivers quality work even under pressure. Highly recommended.

What the build costs

A build from approved designs starts at €8k. Content-heavy platforms, migrations and custom integrations are quoted separately.

Send the designs and any notes on the CMS, interactions and launch requirements. I review what's defined, identify the gaps and give you a fixed quote for the build.

FAQ

Answers before you get in touch.

Do you work white-label?

Yes. You keep the client relationship. I stay behind the scenes, or join calls as part of your team when that helps.

Do you change the design?

Only if something won't work in practice, and I'll tell you before, not after.

What if the designs are incomplete?

I go through the files before I quote and tell you what's missing, so we agree early how each gap gets filled. I design too, so I read your file the way your designers do and nothing in it gets improvised.

Do you only accept Figma files?

No. Figma is the most common, but Sketch, Paper, Penpot or a prototype all work. The one thing I'd rather not receive is a Photoshop file: it tells me what the page looks like, not how it behaves.

Can you work with our designer?

Yes. That's often the best way to work.

Our content team isn't technical.

That's expected. The CMS is set up so they can publish and update without calling a developer.

How much?

From €8k. Send the designs and requirements, and I'll give you a fixed quote with the assumptions and exclusions written down.

Do you work with in-house marketing teams?

Yes. Marketing teams work with me directly, with no agency in between. It works the same way: I answer for the technical side, the code is yours at handover, and I'm still around after launch.

Do you sign NDAs?

Not by default, but if you or your client need one, I'll sign it.

Next step

Send me the designs.

A Figma link, or a prototype. I'll reply, usually within one working day, with questions and a sense of what it will take.
