This site collects as little as it can: what you send through the contact form, and anonymous visit counts. No cookies, no tracking across sites, no newsletter.
Who is responsible
This site is run by Frederico Leonardo. The company responsible for your personal data (the data controller) is GOMO Digital, Lda. In this policy, "I" and "me" refer to GOMO Digital, Lda.

The contact form
When you send the contact form, I receive what you type into it: your name and email address, where you are starting from, what best describes you, your budget range (or, for ongoing help, the kind of help and your monthly budget), the project stage and timeline, your message, any links you add and how you found me.
I use it to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). I don't use it for newsletters or marketing, and I don't sell it.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection when the form loads and when you send it.
Email delivery
Messages from the form reach me by email, sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the content of the message only to deliver it.
Analytics
I use Pirsch to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Pirsch counts visits without cookies and without storing your IP address. This site sets no cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages to your browser and to protect the site.
Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data outside the EU are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Messages from the contact form are kept for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If we work together, project emails and invoices are kept for as long as Portuguese accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it, limit how I use it or stop using it. To do any of this, email me at the contact form.
If you think I have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at cnpd.pt.
